Retarder or Set Retarding and Water Reducing Admixture

MasterPozzolith is a ready-to-use, liquid admixture for producing more uniform and predictable quality concrete. Placing and finishing requirements are facilitated because this admixture retards setting time. It is designed to meet ASTM C494 requirements for Type B Retarding and Type D Water-Reducing and Retarding Admixtures. MasterPozzolith will not initiate or promote corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete. The admixture does not contain intentionally added calcium chloride or chloride-based ingredients.

Naphthalene based superplasticising admixture to produce rheoplastic concrete

MasterRheobuild is a chloride free, superplasticising admixture containing a synthetic polymer, and is specially formulated to impart rheoplastic qualities to concrete. Rheoplastic concrete is a fluid concrete with a slump value of at least 200mm or higher that flows easily but at the same time is free from segregation and has the same water/cement ratio as that of a no-slump concrete without additive. MasterRheobuild Series has been formulated to meet the requirements of ASTM C494 for Type A & F and UNI 8145. MasterRheobuild is compatible with all cements and adrmixtures meeting ASTM & UNI standards.


Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticizer or Water-Reducing Concrete Admixtures for efficient Readymix and precast-element production

MasterGlenium  is a new generation superplasticiser for concrete containing polycarboxylate ether polymers, designed for optimal use in regular grades of concrete in ready-mix industry. The ability to work with low water cement ratio and still obtain slump retention allows for the manufacture of high quality concrete. MasterGlenium is free of chloride and has been formulated to comply with the requirements of ASTM C494 for Types A and F admixtures.

The MasterEase is a superplasticizer, high
range water reducer from recent research work of R & D laboratories. The MasterEase is designed to impart exceptional rheological properties to fresh concrete. Alkali-free, liquid high-performance set accelerator for sprayed concrete

MasterRoc SA series is a high performance alkalifree set accelerator for sprayed concrete. It is a liquid admixture whose dosage can be varied to the desired setting and hardening times.

Strength-Enhancing Admixture

Master X-Seed STE is a patent-pending, strength enhancing admixture that improves both early and late-age strength development in concrete, while supporting sustainable construction. Master XSeed STE admixture is based on a unique technology that facilitates improved cement hydration, thus enhancing strength development. Master X-Seed STE admixture will meet ASTM C 494/C 494M requirements for Type S, Specific Performance, admixtures.

Crystalline waterproofing admixture for concrete & mortars

MasterLife WP 1200 is a crystalline waterproofing liquid admixture is an integral crystalline capillary waterproofing admixture for concrete. It is designed for use in above- and below-grade applications. MasterLife WP 1200 consists of various active, proprietary chemicals which react with the moisture in fresh concrete with the by-products of cement hydration to cause a reaction, which generates an insoluble crystalline deposit throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. Thus the concrete with MasterLife WP 1200 reduces water permeability. This product also has a self-healing property under presence of moisture and can heal cracks below 0.4 mm.

Corrosion-inhibiting admixture for steel reinforced concrete

MasterLife CI 30 is a calcium nitrite based corrosioninhibiting admixture for steel reinforced concrete. MasterLife CI 30 admixture contains a minimum of 30% active ingredients by mass and meets ASTM C 494 interim requirements for Type C, Accelerating Admixtures. MasterLife CI 30 admixture is a corrosion inhibitor that provides basic corrosion protection for steel reinforced concrete structures. It provides effective corrosion protection against chlorides in concrete. It also extends the service life of reinforced concrete structures.

Silica fume mineral admixture in slurry form

MasterLife SF 3263 is silica fume mineral admixture in slurry form formulated to produce concrete with special performance qualities. It improves the hardened characteristics of concrete in two main ways: Firstly, MasterLife SF 3263 is a pozzolan which reacts chemically to increase the amount of calcium silicate hydrate gel formed, thus improving the strength and impermeability of the concrete. Secondly, MasterLife SF 3263 is an ultra-fine material that physically fills the voids between cement particles resulting in an extremely dense and impermeable concrete. MasterLife SF 3263 meets ASTM C1240 requirements.

Release agent for void-free surfaces

MasterFinish RL form release agent offers a safe, cost-effective alternative to traditional oil-based release agents. This unique product, when applied to most forms and form liners, is formulated to enhance the appearance of precast, prestressed and cast-in-place concrete. MasterFinish RL form release agent significantly reduces production costs through its efficiency, ease of use, and its superb release capability.


Polypropylene fibre for reinforcement in concrete applications as alternative 

MasterFiber is a fibre extruded from polyolefine polymers and formed into a embossed fibre that can be used in concrete mixes for both spray and cast in-situ applications. The inclusion of fibres in a concrete mix will contribute to improving the durability of concrete by increased crack propagation resistance and by its energy absorption characteristics. The fibres will disperse uniformly throughout the concrete mix and effectively act as an anchoring mechanism within the cement matrix thereby improving the toughness and ductility of the material.
